Having managed two blockbuster products in primary and specialty care, and having acquired extensive expertise in product launches, turnarounds, re-launches, and life-cycle management of established products, she can develop and implement global strategies to create lasting brand value and optimize life-time return on marketing investments.
Her considerable international experience and keen sense for generating enthusiasm, building consensus, and coordinating across different cultures and organizational entities are key assets for achieving breakthrough results within today’s complex company structures.
Renate began her pharmaceutical career in sales, took on several marketing positions with increasing responsibility, worked both at the country level as well as the international level in various marketing roles, and most recently directed the international marketing of a major player in the hepatitis business, where she was responsible for marketing strategies and processes in Europe, Japan, Asia, Latin America and Canada.
